Mark,
You're right...I don't really know why I asked! I don't use the saw much so I probably wouldn't do anything to it until it quits running. Most trouble I've had with it was the chain not cutting straight, I know, I need to learn how to sharpen the chain better.

Got my PM 650 clutch question answered on the Pioneer thread in 5 seconds...:(

mark do you know anyone that is needing a piston ring set for a mac 10-10 part # 62814 reason i ask is i ran across a set just a second ago

Hey Calvin, I have a 10-10 in need of rings, son Jeff was running it at the GTG in October and it just stopped, almost no compression.

Do you have any gaskets for the 10-10 as well, if we are going to take it down we might as well get everything we will need in one go.

McCulloch 3-10E

Here is a McCulloch 3-10E that I picked up the other day. Trading material for a Pioneer P Series saw.

The saw has the wrong muffler, bar & chain and different on/off switch.

P62, I got a date with a older lady next weekk to see about buying around 25 saws and I know there are a couple Pioneers in the lot, so if I end up with them I'll let you know whats in there.

I know there are some Mac's in there also.

Does anyone know if I am supposed to use all 3 spacer washers included in my new Oregon drum/rim kit like it shows inside the box? The one between the drum and case makes sense because there is one there already but there is a lip inside the OEM drum that the other 2 washers will sort of make up but then the overall thickness between the case and the clutch rotor will end up .042 thicker. Will that make the rotor not lock on the crank properly?

Most likely not. Those kits are made for several different saws in many cases. They include the washers for each separate application. You may need only one, a combination or all of them. I don't have that particular model, so I can't be a lot of help. I try and match what the IPL shows or what comes off the saw. Unfortunately, what comes off the saw is more often than not, not how it left the factory.
