Guys, could use a little help. Customer brought me a Mac 250 to work on and wants to change the bar to a .375 and 24". I've got a new bar but cannot find a part number anywhere for a .375 spur or rim drive sprocket. Does anyone have a Oregon or Total part number? I appreciate andy help I can get. Thanks.....

Oregon #10624, and add whatever rim you want.

any of you fellers know of a source for a SP80 clutch cover? i sure would had to put a 10-series on it and be ridiculed:eek2:

the only right side covers i got right now are the later 10-10s black ones

Are you talking a non-chainbrake cover? I may have one if i didn't give it to ProMac610 or ChainsawmanXX. I'll check. Ron

I just saw one with a brake on ebay but forgot to link to it.

I don't care if its got a chain brake or not. Or even if it will accept one. I just dont have any spare covers of that style to put on this SP81. A 10-10s cover is all i got now that is a spare I've got a couple sp81 saws and I'll be selling one of them soon. I'm not looking for a hand out. I'd like to pay for one if someone has one to sell.

What barmount ???

I bought that bar quite a few years ago, but if I remember correctly it is a husky mount with some small modifications to the hole for the tensioner pin (I used a carbide endmill and elongated hole if my memory serves me). I can double check bar # if you want. At the time, I couldn't find a Mcculloch bar to fit that saw(back before I was online).

USPS lugged this up the driveway a little while ago ...

That is SUHWEEEET!! It looks like a very low mileage saw. Auction site or private party?
Congrats :cheers::cheers::cheers:

Found it on CL during my daily trolling one day last week. Came with two bars, three chains and the cover. In the past 6 months or so, I have found some very clean vintage Macs on CL.

CL thievery! :msp_mad:

:hmm3grin2orange:

No so, young man ... ... thievery would be talking him out of selling to someone else. I was the first to contact him. I use the same common search tools as everyone else ... really I do!

Please post the bar #'s. Inquiring minds want to know!:D

Sweet Super 250 that I snookered out of somebody else's local CL.

Looks great Ted. Stay out of my CL area however. Otherwise, you'll get a truckload of dead mice and minimacs on your doorstep!:jester:

I'd never undermine a fellow AS member (maybe one ... but he's not in WI) knowingly .... nice editing job on my quote, BTW ..

I took the pics out of the quote (because people get pissed when we leave 'em in). There was nuttin' left in the quote afterwards. Had to put sumthin' in....:hmm3grin2orange:

Only if they are fat chics or red tractors; sweet saws like that should be seen again. Phones are phones, computers are for AS.

I'm sure most pirates would agree.
