Guys I have done it before but I've forgotten how I did it. I'm thinking about buying another used chipper that has unusually low hours. It may be ok but I want to make sure the engine hours match the hours on the tach before I buy it.
Its a 2008 with a John Deere 140hp. The Tach is reading low hours but you know how the tachs fry out and get replaced. Several of my tachs have died before.
Do any of you guys know the sequence of buttons to push on the John Deere Computer display and not the tach to check the correct engine hours??? Anyone have a newer JD powered chipper??????
Thanks in advance!
