085?
never heard of one.

08S maybe yeah
its a ts350 with a bar on it

Hope this helps..
Slow toarky, big Heavey, Nice mantal piece if you can find one strong enough to hold it. But if you need parts very hard to find. But would be fun for racing for beers with..

085

OK, there actually was an 085, but I am not sure it was ever produced.
Is the top shroud and handle 1 piece? Then it is an 08S. Don't shell out a lot for it.
If it looks like an 084, and it runs well, GO FOR IT!

085?

Id like to see something between the 066 and 088's
maybe a new 076

Stihltech,

You should be flattered if some people find proving you wrong a challenge. You`re not nearly obnoxious enough to make anyone want to prove you wrong out of spite, what else could it be?

Like I said, it never got produced to my knowledge. Now that is sure to make someone find one and put it on here.

talked to the long time tech at the supply house today, never heard of it around here.

But out east where you are it might have been.

Its kinda like sasquatch/bigfoot

There are a lot of "085's" on ebay. They are 08S's that people do not know anything about or take the time to find out about. The think they really have something when they don't. It is like the S10 which many refer to as a "510 Stihl". It is almost as bad as the "311Y" It was mentioned earlier that parts are hard to get for a 08. That seems odd since it is still being built in Brazil nad it is sold here in the US as a TS350. Why would parts be hard to get.

Bill
