while your coming up with all these grand ideas of how to make things go smoother,can you figure a way to find me some good help on the small engine stuff so I can get back to porting sooner rather than later. right now the sign out front says now accepting applications. apply by resume.minimum 10 yrs verifiable experience. so far no on e has been qualified enough to be a sanitation engineer in my shop. help ,help,help, ive fallen (behind) and I cant catch up.....

It takes two years to train someone to spray weeds if they know nothing. You can never train someone who already knows how they think it should be done.
The cycle of going back to jobs the following year and seeing what your long term results are is frustrating with a new employee, but new guys will at least learn. When you don't have time to train someone, and you can't afford someone to **** up it is really hard.
