If you're going to be doing this job with just one saw then something in the 50-60cc range and 10-12lbs is going to be the way to go. Stihl 260 or 361, Husqvarna 55 or 353 or 359 or 357, stuff like that.

Using one of the larger saws to limb and trim (and especially the 066 you mentioned) is going to be fatiguing, tiring, and not good for the saw - it is never going to actually see a load placed on the engine when cutting. Sure, the big saws will make fast work of the trunks, knotty crotches, and pieces that need to be ripped lengthwise, but they'll be a poor choice for everything else.

In a perfect world you'd be running two saws - a light 10lb 50cc for limbing and small stuff and a larger 70cc to make quick work of the trunks. Limited to one saw to do the whole job, I'd aim to split the difference and err on the side of light weight and a compact package.
