What setup did you use on the bar? Drill press?

Nice job!:msp_thumbup:

47mm=54cc, 49mm=60cc sounds like a 3450 p/c

Not sure if my chart is right but its showing a 46mm bore for those 54cc saws. My chart also list them at 53cc so your probably right and its wrong.

Never the less if it looks just like a 3600 but is a smaller bore with a chrome piston and a bare bore then I would have to say its a 3350. The one I have never seen before in person and wondered if it was more of a export saw.

Al, let me ask, does it have a different muffler also?

Dug into my pile of 3600's today. One is a tad smaller and blow me down, has a chrome piston and bare bore. I thought they only did that in the countervibe series. Looks the same as the others but has about a 47mm bore. Any ideas?

I have yet to see a 3600 or 3350. But it sounds like a 3350 with unplated top end with chromed piston like a 3.3 or 3300 54cc

That was my best swag, so I concede that you are more correct than I.....

No I said I wasnt sure, just going off a chart I have and not 100% sure its right. I will say that the part #s on it have been 100%.

Good thing I replied to you last night. :cool2:

Thinking the measurement is 46.5mm

You very well might be correct! Never had one apart.

That saw looks very familiar and if I ever find a VG or NOS tank it will be back in that shape.....

It should look familiar, but I dont remember if thats the one you have or the one I kept. :hmm3grin2orange:

Now THAT'S just MEAN right there!!!!!

Mike

It was a subtle hint to him I may never use the NOS tank on my 415 :msp_wink:. I can live with the crack where it is at (you guys seen it at the last 2 poulan gtg's). I just wasnt sure when I first got 415 and started setting extra tanks back. :msp_tongue:

She wont be cheap though. :msp_wink:

Still the only one I have seen with a yellow carb cover. Sold new at TSC this way. I'm 2nd owner. Bet it hasnt had 5 tanks through it. The original owner lost it under a tree 3rd time using it.

Dont know if you can see crack on floor of rear handle or not.
