Poulan Pro 375 Questions

I've been looking for a 375 and finally found on in a pawnshop this weekend. It wouldn't start, the guy said it ran when it came in but had been sitting there for a long time. I ended up buying for a song... I installed a new fuel line on it today and it fired up but seems to have a bit of an air leak. I'm going to tear it down and go through it but it looks like crank seals are NLA, does anyone know what size I need? I can measure them, just thought someone might know.
Thanks

Not sure if my chart is right but its showing a 46mm bore for those 54cc saws. My chart also list them at 53cc so your probably right and its wrong.

Never the less if it looks just like a 3600 but is a smaller bore with a chrome piston and a bare bore then I would have to say its a 3350. The one I have never seen before in person and wondered if it was more of a export saw.

Al, let me ask, does it have a different muffler also?

Mark, they are all disassembled and came in a big box. I was just blowing off 15 years of dust and noticed the chrome piston. Didn't notice any muffler differences but there could have been a crocodile in that box under the grime and I wouldn't have noticed it! Will look a little later.
Poulan sure kept up the changes with this series - I have thick and thin rings, chromed and bare cylinders, rubber and sprung AV bumpers. Have kind of shied away from them but looks like there is a lot to learn.
The search for the 1020 starter continues - a yellow one has been found but Phil is still looking.

Another quick update. Took the Poulan/Craftsman 3800 up in the grove yesterday and ran it hard for two hours. It's a powerhouse and ran well the whole time. Needless to say I'm thrilled, I thought it was junk at first but am glad I'm wrong. My echo dealer tuned the carb for me and it runs good! Now I'm going forward to make it look like new. Thanks for the help guys.

A friend of mine takes the bars off and stores them separately..claims he can get more saws on the shelf that way.

they look naked like that though, i like to see them in their full potential.

Me too, but I don't have 200 saws like my friend did! He's recently started selling some of them off, I bought a few...

Any interest in old poulan microfiche? I could ask for the old stuff at my local. I think he's going to chuck it.

I think you should grab those if you can. It would be a fantastic resource.
It would also be fantatic if you could any of his TSB's (Techincal Service Bulletins)

I'll get what I can. Hard to tell with these guys..lol

3400 Side Cover

Good Afternoon: I am looking for a side cover (clutch) for a 3400. The one I have is cracked, and it seems like a popular theme.
Thank you for any information. (An oil cap as well!)
