Got my wright 136 cleaned up and running. Ran two tanks through that thing today. Already love it. Got it a my favorite little store, just needed fuel lines and b&c and sprocket cover. Seems to be thirsty. Kind of a Frankinsaw cause the sprocket cover is off a SXLAO. Also missing the upper handle post. Previous owner made do. Works great but just looks different. Kinda grows on me. Pix sometime soon.

Any of you guys ever wonder what 276cc'c of Poulan sound like? Sounds like a Top Fuel Dragster at idle. :msp_biggrin: Mark & Chris lined up their 92cc Poulans. They did it once before this, and I had a Geezer moment with my camera, and missed it. Luckily they did a take two. Someone probably has a better video of it. But you can get the idea.

Gregg,

My new favorite picture, the S72 laying in its own mess of big chips.

Block the piston with rope, put a steel drift (maybe bolts if you don't have drifts) in each hole and insert a pry bar or large screwdriver between them and turn in the appropriate ditection which I believe is clockwise.

Thanks Tim! Didn't think of that. Had an old pair on needle nose wedged in there......that didn't work!

Also, when you feed the rope in for the piston stop try to make sure the piston is above the exhaust port. If you don't, some of the rope may go out the exhaust port and end up cut off in your muffler when you reverse the piston to remove the rope.
