Gregg,
Very nice, Is that original paint ? Man even the sticker is clean.

The only thing that would make it purtier would be a stream of wood chips flying out the back so fast it looks like blown insulation. RAWR!

Stephen C. I know what you mean about the snow. I cut wood every day, I have one path that goes through the woods. I dont get off that path or I`m stuck. I even had to put chains on the Rhino to make it that far. I come out with a face cord at a time, two trips a day is enough for me. And nice job bringing that old snow blower back to life.

This saw is strange it won't seem to four stroke like my 3400. I haven't rebuilt the carb yet but if that the solution I have no problem doing it.

Mark wrote a post a while ago about the impulse line on the 330's. He said the impulse line was wrapped with wire where it attaches to the cylinder or crank case ( I can't remember where it draws the impluse from) and it had cut through the line causing a leak. I would be checking that while you're at it. You might want to get some rubber type fuel line and replace it anyway. If you do have a vacuum leak that could well be the source of it.

The impulse comes from the bottom left side of the cylinder.

4200 question
Looking at my 4200 exhaust port and muffler; both pieces are stock but the port in the muffler is smaller than the exhaust port which seems strange to me.
Do you guys open the muffler port to match the cylinder exhaust port? I haven't looked at my 5200.
The cylinder port is 1.62" wide and the muffler port is 1.51" wide. Height is OK.
Seems counter productive to me.

Part of doing a muffler mod for me is making sure the muffler is matched to the cylinder exhaust port.
