I get confused all the time but the IPLS spell it out pretty clear, that's why I'm always looking for different year IPLs of the same saws.

Well, i was told the one on the right is a PP475 with Piston etc. The piston on the left is a 5400. The cylinder on the left i have no idea except that the 5400 piston floats in the hole. it does say 12601-D on it. it is fairly large.

My 475 came with what you show on the right. Others had ones like on 2077.

I used a hand held cut off saw. I have cut a lot of wood with that saw and noodling and it clears the chips pretty good.

The 475 cylinder has been pumped up, (it has been opened up on both the intake and exhaust sides. I need to find something to put it on now.

I still don't have a clue, what kind of place did you get that from? That decomp should give it away.

I finally got this thing up and looked at today. Its in wonderful shape and now runs good. Made by Poulan.

Oh and for some ignored people, I'll save them from running and looking at the completed ebay auctions, it didn't come from there and I have had this for at least 6 months.
