I gave my 2100 to a member here son at the poulan gtg. Then traded the 236 for a used b+c.
I'm shure I'll be upside down on it when it leaves here but I can't keep a small saw on hand as people carry 'em away almost as fast as I get them fixed. Plus, education costs time and money.

You got a picture of that? I can't see it clearly in the diagram and it reminds me of some of the springs they used in other saws. I have a lot of the little homeowner versions with spring a/v mounts and thought one might cross over or be close enough to work.

The above spring 'kit' was not usable on the 2400 type.
Slapped it back together. It will work OK as is.
Pup will pull the 18" but not real happy about it.

I didn't read the almost 33,000 messages (did read the 1st and last page).
But after seeing several members saws and running one not to long ago, I am looking for a Poulan 330 (or one of the equivalents). I have the Poulan bug and the itch needs scratched.
If anyone knows where about a nice one is, for a decent price? PM me please.

I can't say much, got my son in-laws Husky 51 sitting on the bench with a toasted piston and cylinder , going to put an over size kit on it and see how she does. He bought it from a guy that said it was hard to start but ran great, lol. Son in-laws only knows how to run one, not good at buying a used one.
