I tell you what gets me . Is some of the prices folks ask on ebay for parts.

Those folks should be down right ashamed of themselves asking those kind of prices on chainsaw parts. Sometimes 400% and more over cost of new.

Even the larger cc rough looking saws command steep prices. If you ever sell larger cc Poulans or Husqvarna's, please let me know. I may need something larger soon to cut large logs.

You just need to know where to look. I sold a running cutting 181SE for $145 PHO.

Yes it is. I usually am cheaper than anyone else selling but if I do not see a price to go by I do not know what to start it at.

Nothing green in that cc. Sold a yellow 505 83cc for $300 and a yellow JD 81cc $350

Replaced the fuel line on the new Craftsman 3.7 last night, put a vent line on it with a duck bill valve and cleaned out the carb. A little tuning and it runs great! Normally when I go buy fuel line at the local Ace Hardware who is a Stihl dealer, they have tygon which I've been using. Now they sell this light blue stuff that is also ethanol resistant like the tygon, anyone used it before?



Also started tearing into my "project 245A" after I got done with the 3.7. This one is gonna take me a while and will be a long term project or at least longer than most of mine so far. Not sure if I'm going to be able to get the top half of the tank off though, the screw holding it on won't budge for anything! Put a little wd40 on it, used an impact screw driver, not even a budge, actually broke a bit trying to get it loose! Anyway here are a few pics partially disassembled.
