Did Poulan ever sell the gas cap seal seperately on the 3400 series saws?

I've got a seeper that's driving me nuts

Looks like a 1" ID quad ring, or the square sectioned type, but I've never seen one new & not smashed down to chit.

Was just looking at that today Randy. Same deal here with a leaker. 530019113 has been replaced by 530019141 or so it seems since the merger.

Looks to be handling it just fine! Nice work and saw! I like my 3400 with a muff mod, dogs and 20" b/c. 18" would be a good choice too.

Thanks for the heads up, where did you find those part numbers at?

There's a 530019141 on flea bay for reference, but the picture was too crappy to see any detail.

My dad lives about 30 miles from your "go to" place, small world!

I just cut a flat one from some 1/8" blue viton sheet stock, and it holds 8# pressure testing fine for now...I may be on to something. Roughly 1.5" OD & 1" ID

Thanks for the great pics, but I wonder which -19141 is correct?

Same "hand written" part numbers, but one flat design & the other a true round o-ring...maybe superceded to the oring for a cost saving measure?

I'll call & order a couple from TEW & have dad go pick them up on his next trip by, either one may work fine.

Not making boards, pine beatle infestation, makes us sick to see it. Battled with them two years ago and they're back again.

Those little saws cut very well for their size. If cared for, they last a good long time.
