No, surprisingly they don’t look too bad. Did order two sets from the “Greek”, .
If you have to gap them don't forget to add the locating pin in the ring groove into the gap.

For sure, though his rings haven’t needed gapping in the past. I measured the pins at .059 t0.060. If .005 gap per inch is correct and a bore of 1.8” in diameter ,a ring gap of .009 would be too tight. Possibly the rule of thumb applies to pistons with the offset pin.If you have to gap them don't forget to add the locating pin in the ring groove into the gap.
Someone mentioned trying an inline check valve on the S25 fuel line. Did I imagine it? If not, did it work and what is the part number?
They are very small RC fuel lines are tiny. Like 2.5 mm id and 5 mm od .Those look too big for a micro or a xxv or 2000

I’d imagine only reason for a check valve is to keep fuel in the line so starting is easier.I found check valves for rc planes to be a good fit . Several manufacturers and you can even get a mini inline primer bulb .

You can easily do away with the base gasket.Working on a 3700 and almost have it finished, didn’t know that the base gasket was .025 till I was wondering if I should squish it so I went with a thin one of .012 hope it helps
How do you seal it, don't you need something, what I used was the thinest gasket material I had
YupMotoseal, hondabond, yamabond, they are all the same type of product

How do I change my name at the top of the post to something else like a nickname or something
New account, if I'm not mistaken, was gonna fix mine cause it changed my last name spelling and like a dummy, I didn't catch it, oh well.
