Any of you guys ever use these seals in a 5200?
Good, bad or just ok?

Or these. Width is a little deeper but fit perfectly if you can't find OEM.

I've been living in a Poulan saw desert lately. A few decent ones I might have bought but way over priced. I did pick this up in another buy about a week ago. Fires on prime and a lot of compression. Needs a new sprocket and bearing / bushing.
Vibrates some. My arm fell off when I fired it on prime.

We're they available new or NOS?
I've always been kinda leery of 30+ year old rubber in the seals.
Maybe I'm just paranoid.

New, I also got the oil pump seal and new bar nuts, price wasn't bad, jacksmallengines.

I priced the nicer 3450 to a guy the other day without my GB bar but with a oem bar. Less then both of those in that CL ad's.

3 shoe clutch and dual port muffler.

I believe they think they are gold and want big money for them. Saw a 3400 Bow saw for around 350, way to high for the shape it's in.

I know that in the last two years there has been a shift in the cost of items to a much higher rate. Clutch cover for 3400 is 55.00 and most are bids, back in the day 20.00. Glad I found what I wanted along time ago. There are still some good deals that come along, picked up a 4000 flywheel for 18.00 and free shipping couple weeks ago, missed the pc for 40.00

I just told a guy over on my site to buy a 5400 with a few missing parts for $100. He wanted to know if that was fair for a possible running saw with few missing parts. I was like yeppers IMO.
