Actually Gregg my short list is pretty short.
3000
245
5020
3750 Tim Allen

And on a non Poulan list

166 Dolmar
044 Stihl
490 Jonsered

That about covers it.............................unless something else comes up!!!:D

Mike

Got ya. Nice group!!! I think in the Non-Poulan category, I would like a 372xp, especially one like yours!:msp_tongue:

Your list is good ones Gregg.

Myself, I guess I still will look for

252A
744
92
53A
91
5400
6900
7700
8500
F100 bow

Yep, I kinda like the bigger Poulans, and one of the 77cc models would fit nicely for me!!

What is a Tim Allen 3750?

They are basically a green & purple Poulan Pro super 380. I have got some parts from a 3750 to use on my 380.

Gregg,

I don't think I'll share my short list.

I think everyone's lists are morphing into the same list. lol They keep picking up the other guys items and now everyone wants one!!:msp_razz:

Let's see, got a 5200, 5400, 8500, 505, 475, 455, 655 (x2), 395, 375, 4000, 3700, Super 380, 330, 295, S25CVA, S25DA, 306, 245, 245 bow, and several more small Poulan's. I can't think of another one I want.

OK, got a small issue with the XXV. The little wench will only start when I pull the trigger once. Any more than once and she floods, if I don't it won't start. What gives?

I have a really short list, just want an 8500 which I may have located.

new chains

got some 91vxlo chains in today!!! they cut pretty good not bad got 12 inch 14 and 16... for some of my small saws 2 of each 6 chains all that shipped to me for just under 70 i bought it on the 6 and got it today thats pretty great shipping!!!!i have to say i tried to make it kick back plunged the bar in and all it just grabs and cuts.... very long cutter on it good looking chains!!!! any ya all use them???? all these years i just hit lowes or my local shop and get the reg oregon chain but this seems to cut better and the price was lower..... think i found a new chain.... curious to how long it holds up ive read good stuff about it i always sharpen my stuff before small jobs and out in the field if its actin dull.....

I've bought chains locally(for a serious price), from Jackssmallengines.com, and Baileys. Both websites had winners and losers price wise, but I'm going to try Edge & Engine for my next round of bars and chains.

Good to see you back on here Paul! Get that 2300 fixed yet?

Nick

Normally, if you have your H and L screws not turned too far out then the problem is either the inlet needle lever is set too high or the gaskets in the carb are in the wrong order. Other than that or maybe a bad or dirty inlet needle it should be ok.

Grey/Black

I have had a 16" NOS Poulan bar for a long time now and I figured it was time to mount it on a saw. I put it on my grey/black Craftsman since this saw looks almost new. Its a nice looking saw.
