So I got my latest saw the other day, 026 AV.
Small compared to most of what I buy. Sold as running ,but "His back up saw" not idling quite right, need a new sprocket.
Okay, I thinks, I've got a few sprockets, I must have one that fits this thing (not).
So I receive the saw, better condition on face value than I'm used to getting off ebay. Tries it out. Fires up and runs. Chain spinning continuiously. Pull the spur sprocket, spring missing off the clutch, top AV buffer a little ropey, couple things a little loose.
So far, not too bad.
One thing I have noticed, it's the quietest saw I've ever run! I know it's only a little saw, but it's damn quiet.
I'm used to things that make my ears ring, it this true!!! can there be saws that don't hurt one of the senses? Some look bad, some feel bad, they all taste bad (story for another time) I've always assume that they all hurt your ears?
