P1 error on wood master 4400

Help. I have a p1 error code on my wood master 4400. Read to check the snap disk. Took it off. How do I see if it's good or not? It rattles when you shake it? Also can the error code mean anything else is wrong? Found the reset switch behind the control panel and that is fine also
