Great! Now look what you have done Mark--- I tried to get rid of it! Hey, I ran three screws in the oiler gear and it didn't budge, do I have to heat it? DSC01253.JPG

I don't remember what I done with that gear. Seems it was threaded and I used a puller on it? Make sure the oiler is pulled out the front first.
I think the crank seals were the same as the P100 which are standard easy to get metric seals. 15x26x7 and 20x48x7

Here is the IPL

Hey, anybody know what other saws used the same clutch as this r440t? All my shoes are shot. Thanks!
Clutch drum of later models (smaller diameter) - so as p100 will fit your clutch without the glued shoes.
Also the later p100 clutch will fit.

Hey Guys!
Just picked this up and trying to decide what model it is. It has the 56mm piston so that narrows it some. It was missing the coil and I put a 55 husky coil on to try it, I can get it to pop but I think I sprayed to much oil in the lower end to lube the bearings. Anyway I would appreciate any info and whether to sell it whole or would I get more parting it out? I tried to do a compression test on it and couldn't turn it over without the de-comp pushed, so seems to have a ton!
Remove the remaining lining...

I have a brand new starter assembly, but alas I'm the other side of the pond and carriage will be a fortune ;o( try looking for an old partner k1200 disc cutter, as they are based on a p100 ;o)
