I don't know if they are all the same (I've heard some P100's had a different mount) but my PM1000 uses a D176 mount like the 10 Series and 600 Series saws. The oil passage is through the upper "adjuster" hole, you can see in your photo that the groove intersects the hole for the oil to pass though.
Looking at my saw, I am guessing that piece of aluminum is just a heat shield/reflector to keep some cylinder heat away from the top cover. I also see that I am missing a clip...
That ring sort of looks like the piece that engages the spring on the starter pulley. If it were missing from yours the recoil would not work. Can't help much with that request.
