Thanks for the manual!
Thats a pretty cool thing they did for the bearing, are all cutoff saws like that? Eg. Stihl TS series
FWIW
I rebuilt my freinds husky 272K chop saw and the K crank also has the engine supplied oil for the clutch bearing. A donor 272XP crank was contemplated in the rebuild but a saw crank is not really as good for a chopsaw. We went with the original crank.

My rebuild of my freebe Partner K700 activeII needed a new crank and the aftermarket ones have no hole drilled for oiling.:cry:Full rebuild $225 runs like a top.

I have to say, just by running this saw, i already like it better then the ts-420. Just a much more simpler design for me at least, it so similar to a chainsaw.
Plus alex blew Stihl away already i. Customer service and support lol

Main difference 650 vs 700 is 12" vs 14" guard. Caution to keep handle very tight against main case. I had to get replacement cases since mine were boogered up from running loose. DPO "fixed/killed" them permanently with his fix/repair.
Husky now owns Partner. Partner may have been a better chop saw. Husky had been using converted chainsaws like K272, K3120, where as Partner were purpose built chop saws. If you look at some later husky saws you will see the classic Partner styled side cover (yellow) design are now "orange husky" saws.
I got some of my parts from concrete supply also. :numberone:

Yeah concrete supply seems to be the only one with a broad range of replacement parts......besides alex

I know one concrete guy who has about eight cutoff saws, varying in age from Stihl, and Husqvarna and Partner.
One is a Partner K700 Active II
He grabs that thing first every time. I've rebuilt it about five times now. He loves it.
Great power, compact, light, and starts the same every time hot or cold. The only downfall is that they can be a bit fragile.
