its not the biggest or the baddest splitter out there by any means. i got it off ebay 3 years ago now i think. ive prolly split 12 cord with it or so so far. havent had any problems. well the first motor melted instantly that kinda worried me. but the next one is still running strong. 5hp honda gc160 i believe its super quiet too. a bit over 3 gallon tank, 2 stage pump i dont remember the gpm on the pump though. 20" capacity which is perfect cuse my stove will only take a 20 inch log. i wanna say its 16ton but my memory is horrible. thres been very few things i couldnt split with this thing its done some pretty crazy knots and crotches too that i wouldnt have thought it would do.
only things i hate are the cheap harbor freight tires but thats easy enough to change and the working height was horrible. but as you can see in the pics i did a little moddin over the winter. i cut the wheels off added legs to the tank and made a new leg for it to stand on. i did reuse the same crappy wheels though lol. total cost to me some welding wire . next time i use it im gonna look into fabing some sort of a table for it i think
oh and im not crazy about how this hose is almost boarder line kinked but im afraid to hard pipe it as i dont know if it would hold up to vibrations over time. i nicer one would have been great but as my dad tells me all the time "live within your means"
