I got the Holiday 1100B running again.It wasn't the condenser after all,but if anyone is interested,the Homelite 63250A condenser crosses over to be the same as a Pioneer part # 471354.The # on the bottom of both condensers is X16329.The only thing that might make it difficult is the Homelite condenser has a shorter wire,so it might need to be spliced.
I think the reason why the saw quit running on me yesterday was because the wick filter needed to soak for a while.All I needed to do was step the idle up a bit.

Using a '507' prefix on Pioneer numbers often yields additional results from the later Pioneer/Partner/Poulan numbering scheme.

Finding a bar for the Holiday 1100B is proving to be quite a chore.The saw has a .404 pitch sprocket on it & I can't seem to find a 3/8 sprocket to put on it.I only want to put a 20 in.bar on it because it's a 58cc saw.As I understand it it takes a D196 mount bar.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd bet the clutch drum/spur is the same as the one used on the 1200 etc (1200 P/n is 473547, check the IPL I bet its the same). Should be some on ebay. A lot of the pioneer parts were used on multiple models. A lot of the saws share clutch parts.

so it has a larger clutch than its descendants. That is interesting. The number you listed also doesn't cross to any of the P series or 3200 or 7xx saws in the IPLs that I have. Very strange. I always assumed those were the same as the 1200 series, but I guess not.

I got a phone call from my parts guy this a.m. (Bob Johnson) who was a Pioneer dealer for over 30 yrs.He found a 3/8 clutch drum for my 1100.It took us a while with various measurements to see if it's gonna work.We're still not 100% sure,but he's sending it to me to give it a try.That $20 clutch drum is going to save me a bundle by converting it to 3/8 pitch.

I've Got a problem!
Putting a Pioneer S620 together but the points cam does not want to fit over the woodruff key on the crank.
Figured I better ask those more experienced for their wisdom before I break something.

I'm thinking I could just file it down till it fits. I don't really want to force the cam over the key.
