any chance of a photo of the work?
Ed here are a couple of pics of the work I did. This one shows the exhaust port enlarged. As you can see, there is plenty of room to remove more material but I thought I'd play it safe for the first one. I don't have a "before" picture to compare this to but I'd estimate I enlarged it about 6 or 7%.

Here is a picture of one of the transfer ports at the bottom.You can see that it would be difficult to remove material all the way up to the exit.

Here is the intake transfer port where it comes out into the cylinder. I ground out the web in the middle because it was missing chrome from it, so I decided to try and grind all away. I need a different bit to finish the job properly.

It takes a steady hand to do this stuff. Be careful not to slip and damage the lining. I think I might try this jug on a 655 some day. I'll try to find a reed cage from an SP125 or enlarge a Pioneer one and use two stage reeds. I'll also use a K&N filter and do a muffler mod. Who knows? It might work.
