you know what is the problem here , the peoples think that if the saw dont work good must tune the carb, so they put their ears near to the saw and just turn the screwdriver, many of them think that the L is for gas , and H is for air, i have explain many times to them that if you have a broken leg must go to doctor and not buy new socks, but its a little dificult to learn a donkey to fly airplane.
