So, what is the wager with your wife? Who was right?
I am sure I 'm not the only one who is wondering about this.

THANKS!..............for someone who's always right......well she's wrong on this one! I mean I even told her I had heard how they pronounced it on the company's commercial.

Thanks again!

the wager.........

Oh the wager..........I get to fix her leaking Pro Mac 650...HA HA HA !!!

Hmm. Whadayathink. That ad/marketing guy a few years back who decided to use a play on words by using the song "Still the One", bet he doesn't work for Stihl no more.

Every now and then I get to work with German Technicians Actual Germans, from Germany, And some from Austria, Now I didn't ask them all, but the ones I talked to about chainsaws etc... ALL pronounced it SHTEEL. Now I realize this goes against the pronounciation given on the website, Of course I never thought to ask them how they would pronounce "steel"!! You ought to hear them pronounce "Shindaiwa!"

What's up with the Stihl name, anyway? Shouldn't it be "Steihl"? Where exactly does old Andy hail from?

"Still", zee best dung chainsaw in zee whole dung verrrld.
Actually, the only word I know in German is bra: stopsemfromflopsin.

Hey Xander, how goes the battle? If you email DB he can send you the Mother of all Mothers wav file. It starts with a Molson Export and a Molson Canadian.
