Just got back from a couple of days at my off grid cabin. Hey @H-Ranch here is the new addition to my fleet of two wheel barrows. The tires came with tubes in them but no air. Aired them up to 25lbs each. I can only assume they shipped them that way to save the expense of shipping 50 more pounds in the box. Thinking about using it for my entry in the wheel barrow races. Will you be my coach? Think I will henceforth be referring to it as the dually.

IMG_20230722_192426158.jpgNot a scrounge yet, but close..... I de-limbed a cherry I'm gonna scrounge once the limbs are out of the way. Did cut a little just to test a 295 I've been toying with. You might say it has been de- epa'd. Woke her right up.

25 psi in each tire does not equate to 50# of weight. Added weight would be insignificant.

I’ve had a very enjoyable weekend so far working on boats and motors with my son. Have five additional motors from the project fleet that are now operational plus put two new seats in one of our fishing boats. Did have one minor mishap, started a small fire in a motor that was not really worth repairing, all it took was carb cleaner fumes, and a spark from a spark plug. Probably a good lesson for my son to see that you could never be too careful (full disclosure I was responsible for the mishap).

Well I can say that my welding repair on my splitter worked. Thanks to all with the good ideas. I did run stringer welds and used 7018 rod, I also added a couple of gussets. I finally got around to putting the grapple on the tractor. Dug out the last of last years log length, now it's time to get more. Nothing on craigs list for sale or free. I get a truck and the free stuff isn't there.

For the guy with more money that they don't know what to do with. I mean really now, we would all love to tool around our property with one of these. Found this on Marketplace. Only $75k.
That would be great for getting the crop eating deer. I'd prolly wake up the neighbors though at 1 AM. :)

That 50 cal would be awesome for coon too. No need to bury any carcasses. The few pieces that were left wouldn't end up on my property. They would get launched to who knows where.
