Is it difficult finding brake parts for a truck that old, or readily available? I recently inherited a C60 dump truck and it will need brakes all the way around.Got the 68 back on the ground all new rubber brake hoses, wheel cylinders and new master cylinder . Seems the master was the problem the bore was to big and not actuating the rears properly . The new one is to shiny may have to spritz it with salt water View attachment 1112345View attachment 1112347View attachment 1112346I did have to replace two of the front lines not rusted but it looked like someone used a vise grip on the flare nuts .View attachment 1112349View attachment 1112350and I don’t use it often but the double flare tool is awesome View attachment 1112348
Got everything from Rock Auto came in two days . They even have the hardware kit of assorted springs and clips for the shoes , mine were in good shape so I didn’t bother .Is it difficult finding brake parts for a truck that old, or readily available? The most fun that I ever had with an electric fence was convincing a neighbor kid to pee on one. OMG, everyone there died laughing.Be decisive... the results may shock you!

11 pages to catch up on, done! Introduced my wife to backcountry camping, it went well. We saw a bear swimming (in a straight line) and I managed to catch my first musky. 6lb line on a jig and worm while fishing for walleye. My wife who has never netted a fish scooped this one up like a boss.
Now that's fishing!Good morning guys. Had a great trip to the gulf.
Day one was bottom fishing, and it was a day of….fishing… Lots of lost rigs and also had a white Marlin grab the line at the boat and break off.
Day two was a day of catching, we filled the icebox with tuna by noon.
Had a great dinner of sashimi Wednesday and ceviche Thursday.
The seafood boil was on our first night there and that was delicious.

This was his first-time hunting! He did not want to go the last 2 years, and last year his younger brother got his first deer (as did my daughter) with Matt.Well, had a fun evening, took mustang Mike’s grandson, Michael hunting. The kid is a pretty good shot, 171 yards.
Great to get more people involvedThis was his first-time hunting! He did not want to go the last 2 years, and last year his younger brother got his first deer (as did my daughter) with Matt.
Very glad it went well for him, especially at that range! He does like to shoot (mostly 22 and 223), and he does shoot well.
More and more (as he goes up to the cabin) he has started to enjoy the venison that is served (brought up and cooked by various relatives).
Any pics , Svk ?Guys...I am thinking of selling my ported 394 that previously belonged to Zogger as I haven't used it in over 2 years and a saw that awesome needs to be used. I'm really only interested in selling it to someone on here who knew him and would ask that it is not purchased to be resold. Send me a PM if you are interested.
