Still got my little 151TC and my big 066. The 4300 and my CS590 see the most use by far though

Love my little Makita for a smaller bucking and limbing saw. Take the cat out of the muffler, retune, can’t beat it for a $200 HD rental saw. It and my modified 590 see the most use in my arsenal
Not a lot of wood today, dropped a 12" ash and bucked off a couple tall stumps and other branches. some splits from the last cutting day, but got the trail connected. I can get the skidsteer with 7' bucket through now.
I haven’t done much cutting since my divorce, but everything I’ve done has been done with either a Husqvarna 439, 154, or 346. Also have a couple of L65s in the mix. I’m sure now that I sold my big saws, one of the boys lawn customers is going to want me to cut a big stump lol.
I could see that the Catskills to the west of Saugerties/Catskill had a coating of snow on them too. From my vantage point on a high road in the Town of Ulster I couldn't tell how much was on the ground... only that it's there.
We got a light coating on the grassy areas .
All right… which one of you did this?

I read a comment from the birthday boy saying he can run circles around most 30yo
I bet! The generations after mine are all soft!

Truth....
In some respects women are replacing men... Many are buying tools, including chainsaws, and learning how to use them... They are also more likely to have college and graduate degrees. They have taken over many management roles in corporations and colleges and there are more of them in government now than in the past. Lots of emasculated males now who haven't a clue how to use tools and whom have opted out of getting married as they feel there is nothing in it for them. It's a different world... Like with the Shakers its a social model that cannot survive. This as at some point fewer people will be unwilling to join and when combined with the lack of breeding the society will collapse and a new social model will develop (man/woman??). Things may be changing already... Heavy Metal performer Jesse Leach lives in Woodstock, NY now. He seems out of place there with the likes of predecessors Bob Dylan, The Band, Natalie Merchant, Todd Rundgren, Van Morrison, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix, and others ahead of him. Tylor Sheridan has a place there too -- one of my arborist associates is doing a lot of tree work on his property. Lots of masculine characters in his TV shows: Yellowstone, 1883, 1932, Tulsa King, Mayor of Kingstown. Maybe Jesse and Tylor will change Woodstock and the country will follow?
