Coors light??? I know a lot of guys call it water, but I like it. Should have invited you up for the “haul to the house”
I used to drink that stuff in Elk camp. Now it gives me heart burn. But cheers to that front porch, you do know how to stack!

Seriously, if your ever passing through northern VA, your welcome by my campfire!

I pass through ALL the time

Winchester is my refuel spot

My daughter goes to college at ETSU in Johnson City. Have family in Bristol. Me and RT 81 are old friends

Well fellas, I’m just sick to my stomach

I wasn’t going to make it out this afternoon to the farm. So I told my pal my #1 spot there.

He texted me telling me that spot sure works and sends me these pictures

I’m happy for him as he is a hard working single father

But just dumbfounded as I’ve hunted that spot all year….

Uncle Mike, he said it came out that corner I told you to watch and slowly made its way over to my spot. He shot it and it hit the wood line. He thought he was going to lose it, blood was iffy. Then he found it….6230156627693861139.jpeg5306466645282567074.jpeg

The church we attend has 9 large oaks this size that are dead or dying and we were asked to take them down only if we could make the wood go away. Uh yes !!

Load one in the little red wagon.
IMG_2696.jpeg

Pretty solid two cord in here of small stuff that doesn’t need to be split.
IMG_2697.jpeg

Hooked the smaller dump trailer behind the little red wagon to haul the brush and last of the big stuff home.

Not a bad little pile for three trees. The stuff on the left will be bandsaw cut into lumber and the stuff on the right will be firewood. Both piles will be growing as there are still 6 more trees to come down.

No. Please don't support woke companies who use your money to give to democrats. Despite their name, they are reknowned anti-gun for Americans.

FBRCC.

Nice oak haul.
My nephew was in on the startup here, not sure where they're at these days, but they were awake lol. They're still supporting great causes and no anti 2A groups that I'm aware of.

If I recall correctly the company was founded by veterans (most of whom saw combat) so I doubt very strongly that they are anti 2A. Show a reliable source if there is one!

There seems to be a bit of confusion between two companies here. There is the Black Rifle Coffee Company and then there is the Blackout Coffee company which Chipper1 mentioned. A quick google search shows that BRCC has donated to both democratic and Republican parties.

It’s coming along, I can’t put full days into it. There are still a lot of parts to put on.

A wire wheel took it off. I'm glad it did, that would've been a delay. This thing came from the northeast, I suspect that's why it was rusted. That's not normal here. I worked in a machine shop, we would put oil on bare metal parts in the winter. To prevent rust.

I wish you good luck. After months of no rain we are getting plenty now… It’s very sloppy here.

Nothing much to report. Didn't get a deer, but I did end up butchering a little buck my logging buddy shot and didn't want. Said he spent enough getting his two doe butchered and didn't feel like footing the bill for a third deer. I thanked him kindly, and spent yesterday butchering it.
Cleaned up the mess this morning, really need to get a few of my own supplies for butchering. We used to do it all over at dad's place, so I co-own a meat grinder, band saw, vacuum packer, and varrious knives/ bone saws. Ended up running over to my older brothers to grab the grinder. Wasn't making steaks, so didn't worry about any of the saws. He had the butcher table, so I used one of my little plastic tables. Not ideal, but got the job done.
I finally got the new knives for the planer, so after the kids get home I'll finish off the 5 boards I have to plane yet, and start burning them. I go back to work Wednesday, so I'm hoping to have enough of the boards done to start hanging before I go back in Wednesday.

Seen 1 of the first 2 "new" CPKC scheme ES44's that were repainted into that scheme this past summer but didn't get pics/video of it. Some of the older Soo/CP/KCS GP38's have also been repainted too. But there is 1 more oddball scheme CP has for their hydrogen fuel test bed locomotives.
