USPS Priority flat rate boxes $5.80 for 315 drive links or less, $11.60 for 630dl or less, and $12.75ish for more.

Stopped by a local Kinko's/FedEx Office store the other day, and noticed that they have 'Flat Rate' shipping too now. I don't think that you can beat the USPS Small Box Rate, but it looks like you can get a whole lot more into the FedEx Flat Rate boxes, at the next step up, for less $$. Might want to check into that if there is a location near you.

FedEx is usually pretty reliable too (except for occasional, large, flat screen TVA!).

I'm 90 miles from the nearest Fed-Ex. I live in the boonies man!

Sir,
I have 2 chains that I would like to send you, they come off a 28" bar.
Full Chisel.
Not to be dumb, but I understand that if I can fit them in a Priority box, they cost $5.80 to sharpen each?

Jasha,
Can you re-grind round chisel to square? I have a few 36" loops of .063-3/8 round that might be a bit better square, once my 9010 gets out of the Monkey's shop. FWIW you're only about 2hrs North of my Great Aunt and Uncle who are just North of Montgomery Creek... It's beautiful up there.

Yes I can.

What does a 115 and a 128 driver loop cost? Just curious...
This has been my dilemma.
So far I have been selling my 36" loops for $27 unground. The 105's for $25.
A 128dl would be close to $30.

Are these fair, too much? I honestly am charging what my shop does, and don't know what you guys normally pay. I want to be competitive, if not cheaper with out loosing money.

That's a good price for the loops. Most places out east are $1 a bar inch or more.

Last loop of stihl rsc I bought at the dealer cost me $44 for 93 drivers. They can get away with it cause they are three only shop in town. The owner looked at me like I was from mars when I asked if he could sharpen one with square geometry for me. Your prices are more than fair.

Do you have ziegelmeyer square grinder setup with the same angles as the Silvey pro-sharp?
Do you prefer one grinder over the other?
