I have been snowed on, hard this time of August. About 4 inches in the Pasayton Wilderness.

Yeah, well, that's the Pasayten. Even the rocks there are weird. Seriously.

Well I'll be jiggered. That weather map I linked must refresh, cause those are hotter overnights and daytime highs now. So much for frost.

We got drenched in Superior today. Came home and the rain must have been enough to give them a hand. Smoke is all but gone. Hopefully more rain and cool temps, good sawing weather.

If your weather comes from us, it will be cooling off a bit. Today was very pleasant--overcast and 60s. The Used Dog and I were able to do our walk when it was convenient, rather than first thing in the morning because it would be too hot later. The sun popped out off and on this afternoon. Right now it is out. I could swear there was a little bit of drizzle too. Very minute drizzle.
