How in the world do you get the limiter caps off the carb on this saw? They're not the red caps like I've seen in the pictures doing a search here. These are black and look like the end of a trumpet or something. I've tried grabbing onto them with a pair of needle nose pliers and it just slips off. I keep reading that there's a special tool you can use, or use a dental pick, but where do you put it to pull it off? Pictures would be greatly appreciated!
