How abot Stihl MS 363?

It's a Stihl MS 400.1 without electronic, only "old school" carbuetor.
Same displacement, same weight, only 0,4 Kw low (3,5 KW). (but i don't think electronic could give that difference).
It's made for sud american and far east market.

I don't think its just for south american and SE asia. I found them for sale in EU. I would be surprised if they aren't reaching US too.

Outside of someone buying it outside of the states and it getting past customs, it's not likely a saw that isn't intended for the American market would get here easily. We miss out on a lot of products because of our stupid emission laws.
Yes I understand such market limitations for a saw like ms 382 or 720 for ex., but shouldn't this be the same as 462 with regular carb? Its still the same saw, same cylinder, strato etc. Or maybe you're right and its a detuned 400.1 similar to how Husqy makes their 545/565 etc. and it spews out too much bad stuff. That would kinda suck for you guys. I found a brand new in box 363 for $765 in Romania, I'd buy it if I didn't already have enough saws lol. But if its detuned and too close to a 362, is it even worth paying full store price?

I assume it's a detuned 400/400.1 carb version. I would expect it to be basically the same, just with a std carb vs the m-tronic carb.
