Stihl MS260pro air filter

I need help ordering an air filter for my Stihl MS260 Pro. All I'm finding is filters for 026Pro and MS 260. What I have read is the filter for the MS260 does not fit the MS260 Pro. If needed, the serial number of my saw is 269529466 if needed. Thanks!

It’s the same filter on the ms 260 and 260 pro. From memory, the 026 has a smaller filter.

It’s the same filter on the ms 260 and 260 pro. From memory, the 026 has a smaller filter.

The 260 pro has the port for the intellicarb. I don't believe the normal 260 has that port, but I could be wrong. It's been years since I have handled a regular ms 260 and I always went with the pro models.

Hmm I believe they do but could be wrong, this one ipl I have shows all have compensating covers for the different carbs and the AF only shows the 2 materials as being different, a flocked and a meshed plastic one. I thought the main difference between pro and non was adjustable oiler on the pro. I could be wrong there too.

You are not wrong. All MS 260s had a compensated carb. What @bwalker wrote applied to 026, which some versions of it did not have.
