Well, what a great day, a great bunch of people, and a whole bunch of some serious machines! It was nice to meet everyone and be able to put a face with a name.

And a big thank you to buckyoak for hosting.

And for those who asked....

PULLED PORK

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Pork (approx. 3lb. – I like to use center cut loin)

Mix following in small bowl:

1 Tablespoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 Tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon brown sugar

Rub above mixture completely over all sides of pork roast and place in roasting pan.

Mix together:

¾ cup any brand Original barbecue sauce

¾ cup barbecue sauce (any flavor different from Original)

Spread over pork

Add: ¾ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

½ cup water

Slice and place on top and around pork:

1 large red onion or 2 small red onions sliced

Add: 5 shakes of red pepper sauce

Cover and roast in oven at 325 for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours. (Pork will break apart easily when done) Shred with 2 forks and serve
