I'm planning on being there also. Nice to have one fairly close!

Weather is trending more towards rain/showers however; now up to 60%. We should get a dialog going as to how we'll deal with that should it happen. Steady rain of course kind of means we're screwed. Intermittent showers not so bad if there's a place to duck in and out of. If there's no shelter there, those fold up canopies work. Not being negative..............just thinking ahead. :)

I've got good rain gear in the truck..... Lol

2 more here! The girlfriend and I are going to make the trip up for this. Her mother has a cabin about 10 miles north of Pine Bush, so we'll just spend the night there.

I'm pretty new to all this, so it will be a first gtg for me. Wondering if any buying/trading goes on? I've got an unused 24" Sugi Hara I bought thinking it would fit on a 372xp, but unfortunately it was the wrong mount. It did fit the mounting on the 346xp so I think it's K095?? Have 2 brand new chains for it too. It has a small amount of surface rust, but not bad at all. I'll post a pic later today.

Also, wondering if any one would be willing to teach me how to tune a few of my saws? I've done some rebuilds but I'm having a tough time getting the tunes right. Very nervous to run them hard with out being sure.

Really looking forward to this!

Forecasts I'm seeing call for 30% PP during the day. Not just positive thinking.

Even if we get pure sunshine, that can be a bit much, so I'm packing an 11' x 11' "dining canopy" for shelter from whatever. If showers hit, we'd have to decide on priorities: saws or people. Been thinking ahead.

If weather turns rotten, some ONE could post bulletin here. Cancel/delayed opening/whatever.

Weather forecast looks like its back up to 40% chance of rain but seems like they're saying more like chance of a storm versus sustained all day rain. Seems like they can't get it right even the same day so who knows but less than 50% is always a good thing.

i will bring a pulse tachometer and a log jack.

Ok, question.... I have a few saws. :). But no need to pack the truck to the gills if most of them will sit idle. Does anybody care about the Chinese saws? My earthquakes are pretty boring (stock, DP muffler swap on the 45cc) but I have one 52cc no-name that runs waaaay better than it should. My 031 and 034 will probably stay home unless someone is interested in adopting them. My MS230 will stay home just in case the wife needs to cut up a tree while I'm gone. ;)

If there is anything I plan on leaving home that somebody wants to see, Gimmie a shout.

I'll bring a Tanaka 260 polesaw for the 25 cc contingent- long arm of the saw. Plus a 61 cc Dolmar with a variety of bars & chains.

Cooler will be stocked with goodies, including some from the other side of the Black Dirt.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it.... I am sure you will see a few of my saws there.

Please somebody keep an eye on Brett (Spencer paving). Don't let him get anything caught in the carb on my saw.

Sorry we won't see you again at this one, but glad your saws will be there. Really enjoyed those 660s last time. I hear there may also be an 046 this time?

Still not 100% sure if going but I do have two 10 x 12 EZ-UP Pop Up Tents that I can bring.

....not going to make it.....work called upon til late in the morning......just getting in now....ZZZZZZZ......PLEASE someone post pics......usually 166 takes a great bunch!
