Does any one know if the strato engine in the newer wildthing style poulan will fit in the plastic shell that the older non-strato saws have? If not looking for a straight gassed strato poulan. I guess the wildthings make better chainsaws than hammers cuz this thing puked its bar oil all over my nephew when he started hammering. I could kill that kid sometimes. Maybe ill let him use a husky 55 next time, with the mag case.

Nope they don't fit.
Think I have a good case,handle and top cover for a strato if that would help you?

I know it is a long shot but does anyone have a Bing 33 carb or equivalent. It fits a Sachs motor on a Case compactor. It has a clamp flange that holds it onto the intake.
