Imma scrounge around and see what parts i can find. I need to start making room as i just got a truckload of parts an stuff and i cant fit everything in my 8x15 shed. :(
 
The clamshell is an 029 super.
Both other stihls are 028 wb, the one with the bar is an AV.

038. The top covers are rough lookin. But could clean up with the right stuff. The cyl cover has burn marks from the exhaust all the way through. The piston is good, cyl questionable?

Next is a 170 clutch cover.

Then 2150/350 p&c needs rings.

Anyone have a complete nice top cover (both pieces) for a JRed 2171?


Would the top cover of a 2077 (I think) work? I am not very familiar with the newer Jonsereds. I'm picking up a toasted 2077 today.

2077 is not even close.

barneyrb a 2165 one piece will work.

Took me awhile to find a used 2 piece set for the 2171 I had. I'll keep a eye out though.
 
Parts to trade!

Looking to trade for some 026 parts and bar and chain. Here is what I have to trade:

Husqvarna 20" 3/8 bar. Rails and sprocket in good shape.

Husqvarna 141. Missing top cover, carb, and starter rope is broken. Piston is fried have not taken apart to check cylinder.

What im looking for:

026: Needed - Oil Seals, Decomp Valve, Adjustable Oiler, Cylinder and Piston

Poulan/Craftsman: 16" bar and chain for 2375 and hand guard that attaches to the top handle

Negative my friend. Just a soggy, bar oil soaked noodle. :(

You do get an 'Aw ****' for the greasy, dirty workbench........................................................................:msp_tongue:







Dropped below 60 in the garage, mine won't get straightened out or cleaned up till spring..........................................

U should see the rest of the shop. That there is the clean spot. :laugh:

I got good heat in there though, so no real excuse. :/
