Still looking for a electronic ignition set up for a poulan 306a and a clutch cover for a husky 235. PM me if ya can help me out.

Hi guys! Really need two older rubber recoil handles. I am indifferent to brand.

Why is it that often the pull handle is missing from a project saw?

I can use four.

I'm partial to the offset Homelite models. They fit my size small hand better.

I have misc. old magnesium to trade. Sorry, no StihlavarnaJonnyredDolmarShindawa plastic fantastic.

Carl.

Because people cut off the handles off the parts saws and send them to other members on AS before someone comes to pick up said parts saws. I'll check to see how many I have. PM me your address if you want and I will send them off. Or ignore the help and waste my time as many have done and I'll learn how this intraweb stuff works.

if you got more i could use a few too. ain't too proud concerning what brand. am somewhat partial to rubber over plastic but that's not really an issue either.

I tried one of the generic, plastic lawnmower handles from the hardware store and you get your fingers hurt on a hard kicker. Homelite XL-800, with no comp. release. Yikes!

Oh Gmail... nice try.

I don't know how many of you guys use Gmail as your email service, but if you're not familiar with it, based on what content is in your email, it generates advertisements targeted to that content... or at least it tries.

Based on this posting about an xl-800, Gmail was advertising me Suzuki XL-7's.

W.T.H. you talkin' about son...............................................................:msp_unsure:

I don't use Gmail. My wife does on her 'puter but not me.........................................................................

Gmail, because it's free, has advertisements, and tries to generate them so that they're pertinent to what you're looking at/talking about, etc. Because the post before my previous one had "XL-800" in it, Gmail generated an ad for a Suzuki XL-7, figuring that there was a correlation between the two because of the "XL". That's all, I thought it was funny.

One other thing of note ..

When the code for these 'targeted' ads (and some search engines) is developed, the presumption is made that the user/target will place their highest-priority terms closer to the beginning. So the results from 'xl-800 homelite' may very well differ from 'homelite xl-800.'
