Yes they will. The 340-353 used two styles- a twist lock and the one held in place with the steel snap. You just need to know which style.

HD, if you have the slip on style that is held in place with the steel snap lock, I can help you out. I may even have a twist lock or two laying around.

Thanks. I know i have two different intakes to choose from but they may be the same. I'm thinking it's the twist style but I will look tonight and PM you.
