I don't have a clue on that, I know that 254,257,261 and 262 are the same. This is really a basket case that will never be pretty, so I can't put a lot into it.

Hi Kris, I sent ya a pm...I've got a 262xp that needs a piston and rings and maybe a crank (it's a little wiggly ). It's decent looking and you could probably run it with just a new ring. It ran when I got it, but it had low compression. It is not burned up. It's pulled apart to the crank case and cleaned up a bit. Everything's there. Maybe Looking to trade for a 346-359 project. Something like that or ???? I have a bunch of other parts to make up the difference or a little cash if need be.
Also still looking for a full wrap for my 365, a starter for a 315 echo, and maybe a p/c for a poulan 335-365.
Need a bunch of this and that for a Husky 141:
the little clips that clip on to the case and the top cover screws thread into the clips (530 01 59-22, all 3 of 'em)
clutch spring (530 09 41-88)
clutch drum (either 530 06 93-42 or 530 06 93-15)
clutch cover and handbrake assembly
026, 046 parts and green paper to swap
Anyone interested in some NOS Drive sprockets?
I'll give the part numbers, as I don't have the lookups for what they fit

Is yours the two-piece? I Have a 660 parts saw and it may be possible to put my flywheel and coil together on your 650. Mine has the one-piece electronic ignition.I tried to locate an Echo 650 evl coil assembly on Saw Salvage,no luck with Echo at all.Do you have one?
