I think you will find it is worth putting some time and effort into. I've had 2 345s (rear handle version) and am working on a 3000 right now. Mine is missing the clutch cover/chainbrake and the clutch. The clutch I found on this thread.

Have 353 split crankcase with chip on the back of the flywheel side. Does not affect performance if saw. Also have good crank. Want 365 parts saw with maybe a damaged crankcase

D007 didn't work for you, or the bar you got wasn't a D007? I have some short Windsor PP hardnose bars I can part with if you just need something to fire it up with.
