Lookin for a good used coil to fit a early MS270 or MS280. This saw is with out the intelli carb on it. Or is some one looking for a 280? Might be willin to trade it off too. I switched the coil with another saw and it runs great. But, I had to put the coil back on the other one.

No you wont. Plan on cleaning and adjusting the points. Replace the o-ring on the bottom where the fuel line plugs into the tank. Replace the rubber oiler "T". And a carb kit. < $20 and you'll be off to the races. Come to think of it, most of them need a sprocket also. So maybe $30 total. Those saws run better than most people think. When they run.......

EDIT: I just saw the wrung-off crank end. No worries, I probably have a crank for you. PM me if you would like me to look.

ive got a husky 51 with trashed p and c if any one needs some parts from it.

ahh! just what i need...

I have a '00 55, but the parts should be the same

I could use the chainbrake (the spring mainly, but if you could part with the whole cover, that would make life nice...)

also some screws for the top cleaner cover. OH, and my muffler is rotted (i think @ the back...)

UGh, at this point, I should just buy the saw for parts, huh? lol

Needing an adjustable H carb for an 026 Pro. Mine is still OK even with the muffler mod, but Id like to remove the Cyl gasket and will need to re-tune. I cant buy a carb but Id trade my Pro Pulse B100 with 2 batteries, no charger. Worth $150 new easy.

Did you find a carb for that saw? I have a 026 I am working on and need a carb, it doesnt need to have a high adjustment on it. If you want to get rid of yours let me know.

Ive decided I need a shorter bar and want to trade my 25" 3003-000-8830 Rollomatic ES bar for an 18-20" bar in decent shape. I apparently have a 3/8 chain with a 7 sprocket rim, looks to be good but dull.
