Been fooling with an 028S. Clutch cover is cracked in two places and a bit warped. Cylinder shroud is nearly intact but has an inch-long crack toward the middle.

I'll be tearing it down for total cleaning and possibly some repainting, but probably not until next winter. I want them to look good as well as cut good you see. Anybody got those two covers and feel like parting with 'em? Shoot me a PM.

help!

i need, not want, need a coil assembly for a homelite 340 or solo 654. i think the homelite 290 will work also. i would like to have both parts of the two-peice ignition but i will take one or the other if you have one.

i traded another member my homelite 340 and the coil quit. i need to make it right. i have some 654 parts and will trade other saw parts or $ if need be.

i have the part that mounts near the flywheel.
i now need only the peice that mounts in the carb box that actually has the plug wire coming out of it.
