Bump....Stihl looking?
I may have a coil. Gimme a few more coffee minutes, then I'll head to the shop. I'll post a pic, I'm not sure what it fits.

In need of a few 021 parts.A coil and clutch cover. Also need a chain adjuster for a Echo 4000. May have something you need in trade or the green paper stuff?

I think it's hilarious that Ed needs parts.:msp_rolleyes:
Thanks Ed
This is the coil, not sure what it fits. It was in a box of parts I bought.

Looks like one for a 170-180 type, newer style.
I believe that covers all the way up to 025/250.Not 100% though.
I think your right on that. From what I have run across now that you mention it.Now if I can find a clutch cover? LOL A little hard to find used.
I have one of them Plastic ones.Has a crack but still usable.Just let me know.

I'm glad you've had good luck with him. I can't get him to answer any e-mails, phone calls, or ship anything within a 2-month time frame.
I waited and waited on a NOS 272 top cover and after 40 days, I had to file a claim to get my money back.
He's my 'last resort' supplier no matter what the circumstances are. His prices are always at the upper end of the scale, email answers are always terse and incomplete.
I will agree that they get your order 'in the pipe' very fast, but WHY does it take TWO FULL DAYS for the USPS to get it out of Ohio? I can place an order with a site sponsor located in NY on the same day and that order will always arrive two days sooner.
EDIT: TRADE PENDING
I picked up a few saws in boxes over the weekend. I have a parts Dolmar 119 powerhead with the key sheared off on the flywheel that looks repairable in that aspect. It will need a p/c and oiler. I can send pictures if you PM me your email address.
I also picked up a Mac 310 complete with carry case that runs with gas down the carb if there is any intrest, along with a few boxes of mini mac types in states of disassembly.
The saw that I would like to rebuild is a Stihl 028. It had a bad crank bearing on the flywheel side. I think the crank is ok but I question the case on that side as it looks like the flywheel may have worn the lip material to paper thin. Looking for a crankcase or complete lower assembly with the above stuff to trade.
Looking for a Husky 395XP carb setup (intake->filter neck) to put together a builder, have husky parts and government notes to trade.
