looking for 044 carb and a 044 intake boot(or 038 boot) and the sleeve that retains the boot towards the carb. (basiclly all the crap for an 026 carb swap) and yes I know the 044 boot is too big for the 026 intake...

I even have a Walbro that I successfully bent the fuel inlet on and used on an 026. PM me if interested

How would you know what Tilly to use? I would love to replace my 890 flatback with a comparable Tilly or even larger as the 890 has a 125 motor.

You can use pretty much any Tillotson HL as long as you have the low-profile fuel inlet/fuel pump. I'll post pictures later.

I have a junk 1-41 carb with the low profile fuel pump. I tried to put that part on an HL360 to fit to the 890 but that particular carb body itself was still too big and bumped on the floor of the airbox. So, it was back to the stupid Mac flatback. Maybe a nice used 070/090 carb would work...

Yeah the modern 3** series carbs are usually too big. The carbs to look for are the high-number 1** and most of the 2** series. You may have to switch fuel pumps too.

I need about 8 used standard spline 3/8 - 7 sprocket rims. I dont care if they are junk as long as they're not bent and the interior splines aren't chewed up. Anyone have some old previously replaced ones layin around they'd send me if I paid shipping? I'm makin a coupler between my saw and my lewis winch.

Stihl 075 Starter cup

Anyone have an 075 starter cup (the cup on the flywheel that is ribbed for his pleasure) I pilfered the recoil assembly off of an 041 for a freshly rebuilt 075, got about 3 pulls on the recoil string before it started missing. I don't know why they made this setup, unless my starter cup is abnormally warn out (road hard, put away unribbed...) Can anyone help me out? If they are cheap enough at a dealer, I'll get a new one, but you know how that goes...intake boot for an 036 is 30$!! Any advice? Any way to switch the starter system over to a better one?
