It's not a big deal really, just time-consuming.

Before Husqvarna came out with the "big dawgs" for the 357/359, I made several sets using fine-tooth metal blades in my jig saw.
I got some sheet steel from a local fabrication shop, traced out the pattern I needed, cut 'em, and then flame hardened them with my torch.
The cutting is the longest part and using a hand-held jig saw is tedious. Several members here have used scroll saws which seem to
work better.

Picked up a Poulan 3400 today and got it kick and fart on some fresh VP gas, I'm sure with a fiddleing it will run. Would like to trade this saw for some 064 parts I'm still missing. I will post a Pic of the 3400 later.

You can get the "XP" decal separately. Go on over to the Bailey's forum on this site and ask Grande Dog about one.

Looking for an 036 oil pump (complete assembly) and probably a good set of case halves as I re-visit my 036 projects. Would also really like to find a piece of the Homelite hose someone mentioned as a better choice for the insanely hard and difficult 036 oil pump hose that comes in the "kit". Not much to trade 'cept cash right now.

Dont know when I will get time for a little while yet but it you go that route, I can scan some originals from my 900 for you to use as a pattern.
