LOL!!!

Give me a second on pics. I really should have grabbed one when they were all on top of my 85' Mercedes 300td, I definitely goofed on not getting a shot of that.

The 10-10s is a nice saw, anyone have any idea what the difference between it and a PM55 is? I'm pretty sure they have the same displacement, and beyond some difference in color, I'm not sure what the differences are. I've torn into at least a dozen pm55's, but this is the first pm10-10s I've had in my hands.

Bryan

The 10-10S is 57cc, has electronic ignition and a cast iron sleeve. It was the 'factory hot rod' of its day, you know ...

The PM55 is also 57cc, has a points ignition and a chrome-plated bore.

Kevin, I got a 602 parts saw that should have the muffler on it.

I got a million things to do this weekend but remind me before its over to look at it and see for you.

Hey guys, posting this for another fella here on AS.
He has a sweet looking 153 dolmar that runs. He was going to use it as a milling saw, but it just looks to nice. He says he'll trade it for a bigger stihl Im on my taptalk so I can post the link to the thread. Its in the milling forum listed as "Got a new milling saw"

Long Bar

I have no idea what this fits. The slot is 10mm. The adjuster holes have been moved more than once (?). It also has a slot cut into the bar to allow for weep oiling. I'm guessing the working length of the bar is 52". The rails look good and it doesn't have any wire-edge on it. It has been repainted, but it is straight and would make a good bar for someone.
I really don't know how to value it. I would consider trading for Husky or Stihl bars or the all-American AS favorite, PP!

If you get the 10-10 running you will like it. Tom

What mount? Most RN's that I own (and have seen) are .058G or .063G. Finding one that's longer than 20" and is .050G is gonna be tough Brad.

might be easier to change the chain than find one in that gauge . i;ve got a few that are in the 20 to 24 inch range but have not checked mount and gauge.

Yep. I've got two 30-31" Cannon RN's (one large frame Mac, one frame Homelite), one 31" Oregon large frame Homelite bar, three 18" old Poulan/early Homelite XL-12 (5/16" slot) RN's of unknown manufacture, and three Remington manufactured RN's . One's a 12" on a Wards/Remington SL-9, another is a 16" that came to me on a McCulloch 250, and the third is a 24"-ish Remington type RN with a 'swiss cheese' bar tail (as seen on the Oregon Duo-Tronic bars) that recently came to me from another AS member who took it off a large frame Mac. Of all those RN's in my stable, only the 12" Remington is .050G. The rest are .058G or .063G.

I am in search of the original oil pump drive worm gear, the pin style not the two ear style, and the pins and washer for this very early 051AV Stihl. Someone changed this one over and the new double ear style does not fit the crank case seal. If you think you can help please let me know. That is the last part I need to save this saw from the scrap pile. Thanks.
